250 g powdered sugar
4 egg whites
1 bitter almond aroma vial
to decorate:
chopped / whole almonds
powdered sugar
candied cherries

Mix the almond flour, powdered sugar, egg whites and bitter almond flavoring and form a loaf.

Cut out many small balls and roll them either in almonds or sprinkles or powdered sugar and add half a cherry or an almond on top.

Bake at 165 degrees for 10 minutes in a static oven.
