 500 g 00 flour
 165 g lard
 165 g sugar
 orange flavor
 30 g egg
 80 ml water
 1 vanilla
 2 g ammonia for cakes
 2 g salt
 200 g sesame seeds

Combine flour with lard, then incorporate well by rubbing between fingers, finally add sugar, vanilla, salt and make a well.

Dissolve the ammonia in the water.

In a small bowl beat the egg and take the indicated amount. Pour the egg into the center of the fountain, then add the jam (or flavoring) and finally the water with the ammonia.

Knead, incorporating all ingredients well, then make a ball and let the dough rest an hour in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap.

After the resting time, cut out many strands of dough the size of a little finger, in fact they will grow a lot in the oven. Turn the oven on to 180 °C.

Before baking the reginelle, roll the cookies in the sesame try to coat them completely, then arrange them in the baking dish slightly apart

Bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes, until they have reached a nice golden color!
